New! Caron One Pound, Caron Simply Soft and Herrschners 2-Ply Afghan palettes - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
New! The Herrschner's Worsted Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
New! We've just added the palette for Deborah Norville Everyday Yarn! If you knit and/or crochet, this is for you. This is a beautiful yarn with a nice feel to it, a good alternative in worsted weight acrylic! (Thank you again to BetwixtTheStitch!)
New! The Red Heart Super Saver Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
Welcome to Stitchboard! Feel free to sit and stay awhile. Check out our new Premier features. In addition to the ability to create larger patterns (up to 500 stitches wide), illusion knitting and private labeling (no more worries about editing those pesky and messy PDFs), we've just introduced Filet Crochet, our most popular request! We have many more features planned, too!

Sandy,
We entirely agree! Thank you again.
You've been upgraded to 300 stitches.
Melanie,
Picture of the florating clocks foam base:
I actually got the clock in a hardware store thing.. They have all sorts of stuff in there.. It is a great store..
I love your idea about the 'porch' diningroom; I bet it is going to look fantastic.. I don't know how your house looks from the inside, but I don't think I would put a door between the new dining room and the rest of the house.. I would do double french doors, or leave out the doors.. But maybe it is practical with a door, or maybe we do stuff weird here in DK. :p We loooooove the whole open concept stuff in houses.. :p
I laughed a bit when he came home with knitting needles with a wire between.. I asked him why he didn't ask for help at the store and he said: "They were busy - I didn't want to disturb"
Mine is better with books too - at least there is a title ON the book..

Karla,
Excellent! Please let us
know how it turns out! I'm not 100% positive, but the mockup I did
on paper looks like just flipping the image 90 degrees will do the
trick.
Conny,
Look forward to seeing
more of your posts!
So glad you can
feel like you're here, without taking a step out of your living
room! The Internet makes things feel soooo close.
Can't wait to
see your work...when you're ready, of course!
